What you’re buying

You’re purchasing a scheduled on-site service (design, delivery, and setup of seasonal porch décor) and, where selected, an optional pickup/removal service at season’s end. Materials are natural and perishable (pumpkins, mums, hay, cornstalks) and may vary based on farm availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our pumpkins and décor are reserved in advance just for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we cannot accommodate cancellations, refunds, or changes once your order is placed. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small, local business!

We understand that plans can change, so we will do our best to accommodate any rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery window.

Weather: We may delay installs for heavy rain/high winds (protecting safety/materials). We’ll notify you and reschedule at no cost.

48-Hour Fit & Finish Promise 

If something is materially wrong with the install (e.g., major imbalance, missed items compared to your package, or obvious damage on arrival), email us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll return for a complimentary touch-up or replace the affected item(s) once.

Quality, Substitutions & Seasonality

We source locally when possible. To keep your look cohesive and fresh, we may make like-kind substitutions (variety/color/size) within your package tier at our discretion if specific items are unavailable on install day.

Wildlife, Weather & Natural Wear

Pumpkins and mums are irresistible to squirrels/deer and can be affected by sun, rain, frost. That natural wear is outside our control and not a defect.

Damages & Access

  • We take care on your property. Please ensure clear access to the porch/steps and remove tripping hazards before we arrive.
  • We are not responsible for damage related to loose/uneven steps, unstable railings, existing surfaces, or HOA/landlord restrictions.
  • If you have special surfaces (e.g., treated wood/stone), tell us in advance—we can avoid hay or use risers.

End-of-Season Pickup (if purchased)

If you added removal service, we’ll retrieve décor during your scheduled window.

  • One visit is included. If items are missing/not accessible, a second trip incurs a $25 fee.
  • Whenever possible, we donate/compost usable items with local partners.
